We are a young, ambitious couple who are deeply passionate about making a difference in the world, one home at a time. Harvey’s personal experiences have shaped the foundation of our mission. Growing up in and around social housing, Harvey witnessed firsthand the challenges families face when access to safe and stable housing isn’t guaranteed. At times, his own family experienced homelessness, leaving a lasting impression on the importance of having a secure place to call home.

These experiences have driven us to build a property investment business that not only allows us to better ourselves but also uplifts others. We believe in creating homes that offer families a chance to feel secure, rebuild their lives, and find hope for the future.

What We Do

Our mission is simple: to transform neglected properties into safe, secure, and welcoming homes for families who need them most. This includes families with low incomes, those struggling to find affordable housing, and individuals with disabilities who require accessible and supportive living environments.

1. Raising Finance: We work with angel investors who believe in our vision and want to achieve higher returns than traditional banks or savings options can provide. By partnering with these investors, we secure the funding needed to acquire and renovate properties. Investors not only grow their wealth but also become part of a meaningful mission to create homes for those in need.

2. Sourcing Properties: We specialise in identifying properties that need care, homes that are neglected, in poor condition, or no longer suitable for families. These properties often hold great potential, and we see an opportunity to give them a second life.

3. Renovating and Refurbishing: Once acquired, we carefully renovate these properties, focusing on creating high-quality, comfortable, and functional spaces. Each home is tailored to meet the needs of social housing, ensuring they are suitable for families, individuals with disabilities, or others in vulnerable situations.

4. Housing Families in Need: After the properties are refurbished, we work to match them with families who will benefit most from a stable and secure living environment. Our goal is not just to provide housing but to create homes where families can thrive and rebuild their lives with dignity.

5. Reinvestment and Growth: To ensure the sustainability of our mission, we use a refinancing strategy. Once properties are renovated and rented out, we refinance them to release equity. This allows us to reinvest in new projects, creating a continuous cycle of growth and impact.
